About Me
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#145829) based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a therapist, I feel honored to help clients connect to their inner healing potential. I see my role as co-creating a space of safety, acceptance, and self-compassion that allows for deep self-inquiry and growth. I aspire to help you deepen your connection to your authentic self and work through unwanted or outdated patterns and beliefs about yourself that are causing tension in your life and relationships. In our work together, we’ll explore the barriers, resistance, fear, judgment or other elements that impede your ability to access your authentic potential.
I enjoy working with teens, young adults, adults and couples who struggle with trauma-related challenges relating to boundaries and self-care. By exploring the root causes and symptoms, I aim to help my clients thrive in their relationships with friends, family and intimate partners. I work from an integrative, psychodynamic and attachment-based framework to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
Outside of the therapy office, I love to travel and explore new places and cultures, cook, read, hike, swim in rivers and oceans, and spend time with family and friends.
